eLearn Presentations won't load

Some users have reported issues with an eLearn presentation not loading. In these cases, the activity spinner just keeps spinning but the eLearn presentation never loads. This occurs when a user has formerly accessed the presentation and portions of the old eLearn presentation as still cached in the users browser. To solve this problem, simply clear your browser cache.
